Product Guarantee

Our brand is built on integrity and we take every precaution to insure our customers are satisfied with their EIGHTs! All eyewear comes with a life time guarantee on all purchased frames that experiences a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to determine if the damage is caused due to manufacturing by inspection prior to replacement or repair at no cost. Any frames replaced due to a defection will be replaced with an identical frame style unless that particular frame is no longer in production. In the case that the style is no longer available we will issue a credit towards a newer style.

Any claims for replacement that are found to be fraudulent will be voided and the product returned at the senders expense. We reserve the right to revoke any guarantee at any time at our discretion for any reason.

EIGHT will only authorize a claim for warranty if the product was purchased from an authorized dealer or online via eightoptics.com. "Proof of purchase" will be required for all claims for repair or replacement at no cost. In the event there isn't proper "proof of purchase" information we will only be able to repair the frame if applicable.

Repair / Replacement Policy: For a fee EIGHT Optics (at our discretion) will repair or replace lenses, frames and other parts as needed and available.  EIGHT Optics cannot repair scratched or damaged lenses. For more information contact us at warranty@eightoptics.com.  All fees for repair or replacement depend on the model and damage to the product.

  • We encourage you to send your EIGHT's by a traceable method (such as Fed Ex or UPS), as EIGHT Optics is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
  • We will return your sunglasses using ground UPS service.
  • Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.  For non-delivery or further information, email us at warranty@eightoptics.com.
  • We will do our best to reply within two (2) - three (3) business days (provided contact information has been included with your product)

EIGHT apparel, swimwear and accessories including hats and bags are not covered under the lifetime warranty policy.
